Product Details
The Victron Galvanic Isolator VDI-16A protects marine vessels from galvanic corrosion caused by stray DC currents travelling through the shore power earth conductor. When connected to shore power, a galvanic isolator blocks low-level DC currents (which cause corrosion) while allowing AC fault current to pass safely — protecting propellers, shafts, and underwater metal fittings.
